Complex, creamy, nutty.
The reserve Chardonnay from T7 is 100% barrel fermented and went through partial malolactic (secondary) fermentation. The grapes came from the Sundial Vineyard on the Black Sage Bench, in Oliver.
It is a full package Chardy; nutty aromas are woven with toasted brown spices, creamy yellow fruits, honey and it has undertones of butter cookies. It is rich on the palate like warm butter and brown sugar, baking spices and hazelnuts with a caramel finish. A full-throttle style, but with wonderful balance of freshness to keep you coming back for more. Pair: lobster, cedar planked salmon, creamy chicken dishes, creamy fettucini, grilled white fish, breaded and fried oysters, roast chicken or squash ravioli.
