A boutique winery located just outside of Penticton, Pentage sits on 35-acres overlooking Skaha Lake.
This delightful Bordeaux-inspired white blend (85% Sauvignon and 15% Semillon) delivers notes of nettle and wild honey, grass clippings, fleshy peaches, white chocolate and green apples. It's a zesty wine with oodles of waxy citrus melded with green and yellow fruits. Mouthwatering and concentrated it's a lovely example of this type of blend.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Undressed.
