Juicy, sweet, zesty.
This partial saignee (bleeding off juice) rose is made from Merlot, Cab Sauv, Cab Franc and Pinot Noir that received between 0-4 hours of skin contact, it was fermented in stainless steel, partially dry. It's a watermelon pink with bold splashes of ruby. Expect aromas of strawberry jellies, vanilla, peach stone, maraschino cherry, pink grapefruit and lilacs after a rainfall. It has a slick and juicy entry, the wine has a slight prickle on the tongue and shows loads of sweet red fruit flavours.
