Savoury, enjoyable, approachable.
A savoury vintage of this wine, it offers aromas of beet greens and carrot tops, cocoa, saddle leather and smoked spice, bacon fat and woodsy aromas all lifted with sweet raspberry notes. It is a generous style of Pinot with pleasing fruit and spice. The finish is textured and bright.
Pair: meats and vegetables dripping in sweet and spicy Asian sauces, duck, smoked salmon, ribs and pork.
