Yalumba 'The Strapper' GSM Barossa Valley Australia
Readers rated this wine:
Opulent, supple, chocolaty.
GSM is the acronym for Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro (AKA Mourvedre). The Strapper is an opulent character, kirsch and menthol, mocha and sarsaparilla, with undertones of mulberry tea. The palate is spicy and chocolaty and minty-fresh. Great balance, a supple demeanor, and fine textural tannins to add substance. ©copyright 2017 Daenna Van Mulligen
