Fleshy, fresh, fragrant.
This organic Shiraz was born from four family-owned vineyards and is made by Australia's oldest family owned winery. Fragrant notes of mulberry and black raspberry, sarsaparilla and Turkish coffee lead to a supple and fresh palate. Fleshy berry fruit flavours co-mingle with white pepper, leather, cola, spices underscored by concord grapes. Tasty with good purity.
Pair: Swiss cheese and mushroom burgers, pastas with red sauce, pizza.
