Impressive, Creamy, character.
Made from Chardonnay grown in the high Uco Valley and in Mendoza's golden region called Lujan de Cuyo, it was then aged in oak for four months.
Golden in hue with buttered biscuits and yellow apples, grilled lemon, toasted spice and hazelnut aromas rest atop savoury notes of salted herbs. The palate is rich, laden with ripe yellow fruit, spice and lemony flavours. It has character, weight and posture; the finish is long and bright.
Pair: pastas in cream sauces, almond crusted white fish, corn chowder, smoked spices and roast chicken or veggie alternative.
