Satisfying, strapping, velvety.
The CS Substance Cabernet Sauvignon is made from Columbia Valley fruit and was aged on lees for 11 months in French oak, 50% new. It's fruity and flamboyant with velvety cassis and cherry aromas woven with lavender, licorice, rich dark coffee and a splash of mint. It's a strapping red with similar flavours of mocha, salted licorice, leather, pipe tobacco and brown spices. Deeply satisfying and approachable. ©copyright 2021 Daenna Van Mulligen
