Supple, fragrant, tasty.
The Noble series Meritage is a blend of 83% Merlot and 17% Cabernet Franc grown on Noble Ridge estate in the sub-GI of Okanagan Falls. Sweet red cherry and black currents, vanilla, baking spices, mocha and wild herbal notes lead to a supple and smooth palate that is fresh and medium-full bodied. It is a muddle of black fruit, spice, vanilla and mocha flavours; approachable and tasty with burgers, pizza, ribs, or cheese.
