Made in a single fermentation in a stainless steel tank with two-months on lees, this 100% Muscat Ottonel bubbly has a gentle fizz and is perfumed with stone fruits and gala apples, honey and pomelo aromas. The palate is buoyant and spritzy with lovely purity and charm.
