Fresh, charming, pretty.
Quails' Gate first planted Chasselas in 1961. The Swiss variety is known for it's pairing capabilities with cheese fondue. While it's long been a blend, it remains one of their summer aromatic favourites.
A fruit cup of melon, pear, peach and honey it also boasts orange blossoms. tangy lime and pink grapefruit aromas.
Always charming, the palate is juicy with on-point acidity and floral flavours woven with orchard fruits and citrus. A pretty and lively white that is entirely quaffable.
Pair: Asian cuisine, sushi, seafood salads and cheese fondue.
