Established in 2001, with a first vintage in 2003, Noble Ridge Vineyard & Winery is located on 24-acres in Okanagan Falls and is owned by Jim and Leslie D’Andreas. This The Fizzy One is one of three sparkling wines they currently make. It's a fizzy Prosecco-esque frizzante made of Kerner (77%) and Pinot Gris (38%).
Notes of bread dough and apple sauce, dried flowers, white gapes and lemon curd lead to a zesty off-dry palate with spritzy citrus and yellow fruits. It has a creamy ripe finish.
