Textural, savoury, robust.
The Falernia estate is located in the northernmost viticultural region of Chile, in the Elqui Valley and this top-tier Cabernet was aged in French oak barrels (30%) for four months.
Expect black currents and chocolate, fresh soil, roasted bell peppers, dried flowers, leather, green olives and graphite aromas. It's a supple but simultaneously textural Cabernet with good freshness and savoury black chocolate, coffee and tobacco flavours.
