Ruby, tangy, juicy.
Ruby red, this off-dry rose wine smacks of cranberry, Maraschino cherry, raspberry and a whiff of tomato leaf and Red Delicious apples. The palate follows suit with tart fruit, think cranberry and rhubarb, crab apple and bitter orange, along with fine peppery spices.
Nice concentration here, an approachable sipper.
Pair: Curried dishes, chilled spicy Asian noodles, seafood or white meats.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Blue Cheese & Cracked Pepper
