Fresh, zesty, elegant.

Another strong wine in Michael Bartier's portfolio, this elegant Chardonnay comes from two blocks on the home estate Cerqueira Vineyard.
A nose of straw and white orchard fruits, pomelo, wildflower honey and faint roasted hazelnut leads to a crisp, dry and racy palate with crunchy yellow apples and mineral flavours. Long and lovely and Chablis-esque.
Pair: Roast chicken, smoked Gouda grilled cheese, creamy pastas, halibut.
