Dry, tangy, approachable.
A blushing apricot rose with aromas of pink grapefruit, apple skin, small red berries and salted herbs. Dry and light-medium bodied with flavours to mimic the nose. Tangy citrus and small red berries flavours. Approachable but with enough guts and intensity to stand up to some hearty meats, hard cheeses, veggie burgers and oily fish.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Canadian Chedder & Chive
