50th Parallel Pinot Noir Rose, Okanagan Valley BC
Readers rated this wine:
Fresh, tangy, dry
50th Parallel is a 61-acre estate located in Lake Country, just beyond Kelowna; their viticulture focuses on Pinot Noir and Alsatian varieties.
This enthusiastic peachy-leaning pink is made from estate Pinot Noir and shows vibrant cherries, strawberry, peach fuzz and vanilla, kumquats and honeysuckle notes. Dry, with tart red fruit, rhubarb, tealeaf and citrus peel it has solid tannic structure and a tangy finish.
