Stoneboat's consistent essential sipper is a combination of Pinot Blanc, Muller Thurgau, Schoneburger, Kerner, Pinot Gris and Viognier.
It is consistently delicious melange of pears, guava and stonefruits rounded out with kumquats and floral notes. As always, it's pristine and juicy on the palate. It vibrates with bright acidity. Expect lovely concentration and weight.
Pair: spicier dishes, Asian noodles, coconut curry or fresh chevre and caramelized onion crostini.
