Dry, classic, spicy.
The Quails' Gate version of this variety shows classic notes of lychee, exotic spices and lime, which are echoed on the palate. It's straightforward and dry, on the leaner side of this variety, with a mouthwatering finish.
Pair: Coconut curry tofu, salad rolls with sweet and spicy sauce, pork and turkey.
