Dry, crunchy, racy.
The Fool's Gold Vineyard is located in north Oliver and is a nice (dry) addition to the portfolio.
Marmalade and mineral tones are melded with wet stone, beeswax and crunchy green apples. It is rich but dry, with an almost earthy character. Racy and mineral focused it has a long and snappy finish.
