An IGT dominated by Sangiovese and blended with other international varieties Merlot, Cabernet and Syrah.
It seduces with aromas of sweet red cherry and strawberry jam, rose oil, cedar chips, licorice and vanilla with warm cinnamon and clove notes. It is medium-full bodied; sweet and spicy. Brimming with flavours of wild red berries, spice, tobacco and cocoa it is both modern and rustic -- a great balance.
Pair: Tuscan inspired dishes, roasted meats, hearty pastas, salumi and strong cheeses.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Olive Oil & Cracked Pepper
