Succulent, juicy, textural.
Classic Tempranillo, the Marques de Caceres rolls out notes of saddle leather, molasses, iodine and cocoa with mixed savoury spices and smoked meat, all supported by wild strawberries and sour cherry aromas. Those cherry and strawberry notes return sweetly to the palate with notable juiciness. Textural and succulent, it lends itself well to food, especially slow cooked dishes; tomato based sauces, roasted meats, grilled red bell peppers and other savoury tapas.
