Classic, traditional, value.
I've been a fan of this well-priced, traditional method sparkling Cava for many years. It has classic style, it's dry on the palate with impressive complexity.
Expect aromas of toasted brioche, golden apples and crisp yellow pears with melon, soft floral notes, bright citrus and nutty undertones. Expect a persistent mousse and an echo of the nose with roasted nuts, toasted apple pastries and lemon curd flavours elevated by a creamy weight.
An extremely reliable all around great bubbly.
Pair:appetizers, roast chicken or turkey, seafood, salty snacks/popcorn/chips, most cheeses.
