Chateau Canet "Cote Lavande" Malbec, Pays d'Oc, France
Readers rated this wine:
Value, fruity, approachable.
Produced by Chateau Canet in Languedoc, the Cote Lavande labels pay homage to French Art Deco travel posters of the 20s and 30s. It has a briary character, black raspberry and blackberry are rounded out with dried roses, baking spices, licorice and garrigue. The palate is juicy and sweet with high-toned red and purple fruits, bergamot and tealeaf. A straightforward and fruity red that offers impressive value. ©copyright 2018 Daenna Van Mulligen
