Delightful, expressive, tangy
A delightful option in the Sauvignon Blanc category with notes of tropical fruit, elderflower, lime and guava with nettle and gooseberry. Bouncy palate, which is mouthwatering and tangy and verdant, but overall expressive and delicious.
Pair: Fish with herbs, asparagus quiche, tzatziki and pita or anything with goat cheese.
