Fleshy, supple, savoury.
An inky ruby shade with fragrant purple berries, plums and licorice, chocolate and tealeaf, finely ground pepper, vanilla, and violets with grilled wild herbs aromas. It has a supple entry with wild red berries, black chocolate and espresso, toasted spice and charred herbal flavours. A savoury red with a smooth persistent finish.
Pair: grilled or roasted meats, mushroom and thyme stuffed ravioli.
