Crunchy, fresh, tangy.
A new look and label adorns this tangy Mosel Riesling. The front of the bottle says off-dry, yet the back of the bottle says dry, which causes confusion, but at the heart of the matter--it's delicious. Crunchy green apple aromas are layered with lemondrops, honey, peach stone and spring blossoms, which lead to a plate that is pristine and tangy with a kiss of sweetness nicely carved off by racy acidity. It has a slick texture and a lick of mineral and will pair with sushi, coconut curries, tandoori chicken and mild cheeses, among others.
