Harvested from a selection of vineyards throughout the valley and aged in neutral French oak for eight months, this classic Pinot Noir suggests wild red berries, leather and tealeaf, botanical, fine spice and rainforest floor aromas. Earthy with good levity, it is an elegant and focused wine trailing fine spice and cocoa on the finish.
