Classic, complex, taut.
A traditional Method Sparkling Brut this outstanding offering is made mostly of Chardonnay, and is rounded out by Pinot Noir, which was cellared for 28 months en tirage (on lees).
It is a taut and complex bubbly, with classic leesy/autolytic notes layered with golden fruits, slate, toasted nuts, honey and lemon aromas. Razor sharp acidity cuts through an attractive creaminess, citrus peel and yellow fruit flavors dominate the palate. It is lengthy and elegant, it's a spot on bubbly.
