Tangy, juicy, frothy.
This blend of Grenache, Mourvedre and Zinfandel bottled under screw-cap is a frothy and off-dry fizz that is pale salmon in colour; kumquats and wild red berries, herbal and earthy with candied strawberries on the nose. The palate mimics the nose; rhubarb, strawberries and quince flavours lead to a tangy finish.
