A brilliant ruby colour with aromas of rhubarb and strawberry, tangerine, honeysuckle and vanilla. It has phenolic texture and a red cherry/strawberry twizzler flavoured palate that is woven with fine spice and tangerine peel. Expect a kiss of sweetness and a sturdy finish.
Pair: Curried dishes, chilled spicy Asian noodles, seafood or white meats.
