Pentage Winery GSM, Dirty Dozen Vineyard, Skaha Lake, Okanagan Valley, BC
Readers rated this wine:
Fragrant, fleshy, delicious.
A blend classic to Southern France, and grown on Pentage's estate Dirty Dozen Vineyard, this Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre is fragrant and fleshy red that offers purple berries, a potpourri of cedar chips and dried violets, vanilla, sweet brown spices and licorice. It's fruit-forward and expressive, generous and supple. It's a bit hot, but the fruit carries it. The finish is long and trails herbal and spice flavours.
