The circus wines are all priced with value in mind. This new Pinot Noir might not have your typical character with notes of toasted oak, vanilla, black raspberry and black cherry, carob and smoked meat. The palate offers sweet and ripe berry flavours with molasses, spice and toasted oak. It is equally meaty and savoury in the mouth with good acidity to add some lift.
