Just what you would expect from a California Zinfandel; tempting spice, black raspberry and cherries, baking spices, licorice and a seam of dark chocolate. The palate is equally plush and chocolaty with generous bright fruit, vanilla and spice. A substantial style without being overly boozy or heady, which is balanced and fresh.
A wine for chili, wings, spicy meaty dishes or anything from the BBQ.
