A glistening onionskin hue this versatile pink is made mostly from Gamay and blended with Cabernet from and a splash of Syrah.
Wild berry, strawberry, vanilla, tobacco, tangerine and forest floor aromas lead to a fresh and light-bodied palate. Pristine tart red fruit and zesty citrus flavours roll across the tongue; it is silky and has the tannic structure to stand up to grilled chicken and fish, or pair with summer salads, charcuterie and cheese.
