Savoury, meaty, spicy.
A blend of Syrah, Malbec and Petit Verdot this red offers savoury notes of grilled meat, iodine, peppery spices, wild sage and toasted oak with a core of black fruits. Equally dark and earthy in the mouth; rare meat, pencil shavings and smoked spices dominate. It's medium-bodied.
Pair: Burgers (meat or vegetarian), grilled meats, roasted mushrooms or eggplant.
