Established in 2001, with a first vintage in 2003, Noble Ridge Vineyard & Winery is located on 24-acres in Okanagan Falls and is owned by Jim and Leslie D’Andreas. This The One is one of three sparkling wines they currently make. It's a traditional Method Sparkling Brut this outstanding offering is made of Chardonnay (77%) and Pinot Noir, which was cellared for 47 months en tirage (on lees).
It is a taut and complex bubbly, with classic leesy/autolytic notes layered with golden fruits, crushed stone, toasted nuts, and smoked lemony aromas. Razor sharp acidity cuts through creaminess, citrus peel and chalk and oyster shell flavours dominate the palate. Precise, taut and classic.
