Superb, supple, fragrant. Made from Malbec grown by the fourth generation of Luis Segundo Correas, on the Don Angelino estate in Medrano, Mendoza. This consistently superb wine was matured 10 months in French oak then transferred to bottle to continue ageing.
It has smoky plum notes, sweet blackberries, sarsaparilla and mocha with a botanical core. Supple and generous of fruit, it has notable opulence and a smoked paprika, vanilla and peppery finish. Overall, super structure and balance.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Parmesan & Rosemary
