Established in 2001, with a first vintage in 2003, Noble Ridge Vineyard & Winery is located on 24-acres in Okanagan Falls and is owned by Jim and Leslie D’Andreas. This The Pink One is one of three sparkling wines they currently make. It's a traditional Method Sparkling Brut this joyful offering is made of Pinot Noir, which was cellared for 29 months en tirage (on lees).
Salmony-pink with notes of wild berries and tangerine, peach stone, orchard blossoms and honey that roll into a buoyant palate.It has levity and purity with precision and complexity in spades. The bead is notably fine and the finish long and zesty.
