A consistently dependable and affordable Chardonnay that offers toffee, candied nuts, smoked spice and rich honey aromas propped up with pineapple chunks, melon and toasted pear brioche. The palate offers similar nutty and smoky and spicy flavours rounded out with tropical fruit and browned butter. It maintains its freshness despite an attractive richness and will pair well with creamy polenta, smoked cheeses or roast chicken.
