Another strong wine in Michael Bartier's portfolio, this elegant Chardy has fresh and zesty notes of lemon and yellow apples, crushed stone and orchard flowers. The palate is as focused and unadulterated as the nose; yellow fruit and faint spice flavours. It's balanced and fresh.
Pair: Roast chicken, smoked Gouda grilled cheese, creamy pastas, halibut.
