Fragrant, complex, fresh.
Fragrant aromas of purple berries, vanilla liqueur, espresso and a bouquet of roses and violets with an earthy core. The palate is supple; generous dusty fruit, mineral and cocoa flavours dominate. It is a complex wine with a wonderful juxtaposition of earthy and sweetly fresh.
Pair: Eggplant caponata, braised meats, roasted mushrooms and heartier pasta dishes.
