At 170 years old, Yalumba is the oldest family owned winery in Australia, home to one of the largest viticulture nurseries and the only winery cooperage in the country.
Yalumba was also the first to commercially plant Viognier in the Barossa Valley in 1980 when there was only an estimated 11-14 hectares in the world, primarily in Northern Rhone Valley.
For many wine lovers, Yalumba's Viogniers were their first taste of the variety.

The organic version suggests smoked peaches, creme brulee, candied ginger, lime and yellow apples on the nose. A fresh palate shows nice weight and balance and plenty of lime leaf and lemon peel flavours.
A delicious partner to spicy fish tacos or exotic Moroccan dishes.
