Sperling Vineyards Organic Chardonnay, Okanagan Valley, BC
Readers rated this wine:
Weight, ripe, creamy.
Quince, apple sauce and wild honey aromas are lashed with leesy/nutty undertones. The palate mimics the nose, sweet ripe golden fruit, crushed wildflowers, candied nuts and spiced honey flavours linger on the palate. It has weight and freshness and posture but notable warm ripeness.

Sperling Vineyards Pinot Gris, Okanagan Valley, BC
Readers rated this wine:
Classic, organic, slick.
Green and gold glints with aromas of honey, yellow apples, pears and a spritz of tangerine, this organic offering from Sperling also has a slick entry and some phenolic texture on the finish. Neither flashy nor insipid (as many Italian version can be), it's a solid and classic version with bright citrus, mineral and crunchy fruit flavours.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Undressed.
