Concentration, plush, liqueur.
Made from partially (parziale) dried Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, Oseleta and Merlot grapes. These grapes have been set out on traditional wooden trays to dry, thereby increasing intensity and resulting in additional weight and concentration.
The aromas here are plush; cherry jam, plum cake, sweet chocolate, leather and espresso. It has a supple weight with plenty of mocha, vanilla and dried cherries - almost liqueur-like. Good overall balance, length and freshness.
Pair: aged Italian cheeses, game or pastas with hearty ragu.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Olive Oil & Cracked Pepper

Classic, slick, zesty.
A classic Pinot Grigio, the Tommasi delivers restrained aromas of lemon oil and beeswax, apples and straw, wet stone, green almond and a hint of walnut shell. In the mouth it is dry and racy with tart lemon and crunchy tree fruit flavours layered with green papaya and almond. Slick in texture it has a zesty finish.
A wine for fish, spaghetti tossed in EVOO, appetizers, soft-medium cheeses and white meats.

A classic and well-known Pinot Grigio, the Tommasi offers up mineral notes underscored by, yellow apples and green almond, lively lemon, starfruit and beeswax aromas. It's dry and mouthwatering, crisp and citrus dominated. A straightforward white, perfect for fish, spaghetti tossed in EVOO, appetizers, soft-medium cheeses and white meats.

Pretty, slick, juicy.
Pretty aromas of fresh yellow apple slices, Bosc pear, honey and wildflowers led to a juicy palate of lemon, crunchy orchard fruits and marzipan. It has attractive weight and great concentration overall - the finish is long and slick.
A wine for fish, appetizers, soft-medium cheeses and white meats.
