This charming white offers riper aromas than the previous vintage; honey and creamy tree fruits with lemongrass and grapefruit. It is mouthwatering and has intensity and notable herbaceous characters in this year's adaptation.

Chasselas is commonly found in Switzerland, where it is the perfect accompaniment to fondue!
Here, although much less common, St. Hubertus has created a following with this fragrant white. It has floral, muscat aromas that revolve around apricot, pear, yellow apples and creamed honey. The palate is light and fresh, the sweetness is tamed with lively acidity. Tangy but with rounded edges and a finish, which trails herbs and citrus flavours.
Pair with cheese fondue or with curried pasta salads or sushi.

Value, juicy, racy.
This is a delicious example of a Riesling with age. Expect marmalade, juicy peaches and crunchy green apple woven with lime. Racy and mouthwatering on the palate, with great focus and style. A variety St. Hubertus truly shines with.

Fragrant, spritzy, tangy.
A lightly bubbly (frizzante) rose, which dances on your tongue. It offers up fragrant notes of peaches, strawberries and orange blossoms with earthier notes of cedar chips and rhubarb. It is tangy and faintly spicy, has a pristine character and leans on the drier side of the fence.
Good weight and concentration with enough backbone to stand up to heartier dishes; turkey, chicken, oily fish, but also perfect for spicier cuisines.
