This second vintage of Vivacious (a blend of 96% Pinot Blanc and 4% Pinot Gris) shows layered peachy aromas with apple, citrus, minerals and a sprinkling of sweet spice. On the palate it is crisp and fresh on the entry with apple and lemon peel flavours evolving into a soft, mouth-watering mid-palate and finishing with spice and a hint of salty minerality.
