I was as impressed with the Faith reviewing it on home turf as I was tasting it with Stuart in the Barossa last month. Rich mulberry and juicy raspberry aromas with chocolate, smoke, hints of menthol and spice. The palate is fresh with a smooth texture balanced with earth, spice and mocha, fine dusty tannins cling to the finish. Pair with grilled meats or hard cheeses.
