Bright red berry and red plum aromas, sweet spices, garrigue, smoke and savoury tones. Smooth on the entry and the savoury, smoky and herbal notes are echoed on the palate. Fine drying tannins on the finish - excellent value!

This single vineyard Paul Mas red has lovely red berry and floral aromas, it's earthy and spiced with savoury undertones and cocoa.The palate presents bright berry flavours and white pepper. It's medium-full bodied and fresh with a smooth texture - fine tannins draw out the finish.
Excellent food wine - pair with braised lamb with syrah jus or grilled vegetables tossed with rosemary and olive oil.
