The Tribute is just that, a tribute to honour all of the athletes participating in the 2010 Vancouver Winter Games. And, $1.25 from each bottle goes to support those athletes.
This blanc de blanc is made from 100% Chardonnay and reflects the finesse of BC's best sparkling winemaker, Mark Wendenberg.
Expect aromas of apple and melon, a whiff of floral, loads of fresh citrus and toasty undertones. The palate is creamy and very fresh with plenty of green apple and citric flavours and leesy hints. Great acidity, nicely balanced and a long clean finish.
Will be available across Canada fall 2009.
